1- What is “WAMD” service?
It is a service offered through KFHOnline App that allows KFH and local banks customers to send and request money using their verified mobile number instantly.
2- How can the customer subscribe to “WAMD” service?
Through KFHOnline app by choosing the “WAMD Instant Payment” service from transfers menu, then choosing “Subscribe to WAMD” and follow the steps.
3- How can the customer cancel the subscription to “WAMD” service?
Through KFHOnline App by selecting “WAMD Instant Payment” service from transfers menu, then click on “Settings” icon, choose “cancel subscription” and follow the steps.
4- How can I change the account linked to “WAMD” service?
Through KFHOnline App by selecting “WAMD Instant Payment” service from transfers menu, then click on “Settings” icon, choose “change account” and select the new account from your KFH accounts.
5- How can the customer FREEZE or stop temporarily “WAMD” service?
Through KFHOnline App by selecting “WAMD Instant Payment” service from transfers menu, then click on “Settings” icon, choose “FREEZE WAMD”.
6- How to send money via “WAMD” service?
This service allows you to send money to another customer to another local bank or the same bank, the recipient must be registered in the service via mobile number (it is not mandatory to be registered in the service if you want to use send money), amount will be debited and credited instantly, name of the beneficiary (receiver will be displayed) before the transfer.
7- What are “WAMD” service limits?
Minimum amount of transfer is 1 K.D
Where maximum amount is 1,000 K.D
No limit on the number of transactions per day if total amount does not exceed 3,000 K.D in a single day
Maximum amount that can be sent each month is 20,000 K.D
8- How to request money via “WAMD” service?
This service allows the customer to request money from others. The receiving customer and the sender must be registered in “WAMD” service, and the validity of the request is 24 hours. An SMS will be sent to the recipient (the payer) stating the money request, and then he must log in to KFHOnline App within no more than 24 hours, accept the payment request and follow the steps.
9- What is the service fee?
Service is free of charge.
10- Is the service available 24/7?
Service is available 24/7 and during weekends and holidays.

12- Can the customer cancel the transaction after sending the money using “WAMD” service?
This matter should be settled directly between the sender and the beneficiary, as both debit and credit take place instantly.
13- What is the procedure if the customer sent money to someone by mistake through “WAMD” service?
Contact the beneficiary (the recipient) and inform him/her of this matter. The beneficiary should login to KFHOnline app and select (transaction history) for WAMD service, then select the required transaction and click on (Return Money) the amount will be returned to the sender and this process should be done within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
17- How can the customer who is registered to WAMD service in another local bank change the subscription to KFH?
the customer can transfer the subscription to KFH by clicking on the “Subscribe to WAMD service” button, a message will be displayed stating that you are subscribed to WAMD in another bank. Do you wish to cancel the subscription and transfer it to KFH, confirm and follow the steps.
