Hold / Deactivate Debit card
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Choose cards from side menu.
3.Choose Stop ATM Card.
4.Choose required card.
5.Choose reason (stolen / lost).
6.Click on agree.
7.Verify the data.

Activate renewal of Debit card
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Choose cards from side menu.
3.Choose Activate Renewal of ATM Card.
4.Write the number of ATM Card intended for renewal.
5.Enter KFHOnline password.
6.Read acknowledgment and confirm.
7.Click on Submit.
Transfer to Credit Card
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Choose cards from side menu.
3.Choose transfer to credit card.
4.Choose account you want to transfer from.
5.Choose required card.
6.Write required amount to transfer.
7.Enter KFHOnline password.
8.Click on transfer.
9.Check amount and click submit.
Activate new Credit card
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Choose cards from side menu.
3.Choose Activate Credit Card.
4.Write (card number- expiry date – civil ID – KFHOnline password).
5.Check information and submit.

Local and international money transfers:
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Select transfer money from side menu.
3.Select transfer to other banks.
4.Select account you would wish to transfer from.
5.Select beneficiary and add required information.
6.Select transfer.
7.Click submit.
Track status of local and global remittances:
1.Enter KFHOnline.
2.Select transfer money from side menu.
3.Choose a transfer case to other banks.
4.Show status and details of transfer.
5.The ability to search for any transfer process made through the application 6.by date or the transfer reference number.
Transfer to children’s account for KFH trade:
1. Login to the KFHOnline application.
2. Select "My Children's Service" and then the children’s Account.
3. Choose "Transfers", then transfer to KFH trade.
4. Choose the account, then enter the amount and press OK.
5. Verify the data and press OK.
Transfer from prepaid card to an account:
- Enter the KFHOnline application, select card list, then transfer from the card.
- Select the card to be transformed from.
- Select the account to be transferred to.
- Determine the amount to be transferred or select the entire amount.
- Click on transfer.
- Ensure the data selected is correct and click confirm.
Requesting money via KFH Pay:
- After entering KFHOnline, select the list of services (KFH Pay Money Transfers).
- Select (request funds).
- Fill in the required information, read and agree to the terms and conditions, then press ok.
- Confirm the data and click ok.
- The request has been submitted and the link has been created successfully. You can share it with the beneficiary to accept the money request.
- The amount can be paid by the payer through KFH application or Knet application.
- When the customer selects the KFH application, it will mention to enter the application:
- The customer selects the account from which the amount will be deducted.
- Please enter the activation code sent by SMS, then click pay.
- The transaction is successful.
- In the event that the customer chooses to pay via Knet.
- Fill in the required data and press send.
- Verify the data and click confirm.
- The transaction is successful.
Sending money via KFH Pay:
- After entering KFHOnline, select the list of services (KFH Pay Money Transfers).
- Select (send money).
- Fill in the required information, read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click continue.
- Please confirm your phone number, then press send to receive the activation code.
- Enter the activation code sent by SMS, then press continue.
- The request has been submitted and the link has been created successfully. You can share it with the beneficiary to accept the request to send money.
- The amount can be received by the beneficiary through KFH application or Knet application.
- When the customer selects the KFH application, it will mention to enter the application:
- The customer selects the account in which the amount will be deposited.
- The customer confirms the request.
- The amount is deposited directly into the customer’s account.
- In the event that the customer chooses Knet, the customer will fill in the data and performs the process, so that the amount will be deposited into their account.
- The customer can track the operations they performed through previous operations, where they can cancel or reshare the link.
Internal transfers between your accounts:
- Select money transfers then (transfers between my accounts).
- Enter the required data then click transfer.
- Confirm the data then click OK.
- The transaction was completed successfully.
Transfer to KFH Beneficiaries:
- Select money transfers, then transfer to your KFH beneficiary.
- Enter the required data then click “Transfer”.
- Confirm the data then click “ok”.
- The conversation process has been completed successfully.
Instant transfer to KFH Turk:
- Choose money transfers then immediate transfer to “KFH” Turkey.
- Enter the required data then click Transfer.
- The transfer process to KFH Turkey has been completed successfully.
Steps to obtain IBAN Number through KFHOnline:
- Log into KFH Online application.
- Click on the yellow circles opposite your account number.
- Select ‘IBAN Details’.
- IBAN details can be copied and shared from this page.
Transferring money via Western Union through KFH Online:
- Log into KFH Online application.
- Click “Transfers” and then “Western Union”.
- If the beneficiary is new, click ‘Add Western Union Beneficiary’.
- Enter the required information, read, and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy notes, then click ‘Add’.
- Verify the information and click ‘Ok’.
- Click ‘Send Code’ to receive the activation Code.
- Enter the activation code and press ‘Continue’.
- Click ‘Send Money’.
- Review the service instructions and click ‘Continue’.
- Fill out the required information, agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy notes, then click ‘Send Money’.
- Verify the information and click ‘OK’.
- Enter the activation code and click ‘OK’.
- The transfer is complete. Share the MTCN number with the beneficiary so that they can receive the transfer from a Western Union Agent.
Update KYC Service
- Enter KFHOnline.
- Select General Services from side menu.
- Choose update KYC.
- After reviewing terms of service, click Agree.
- Click on the screen to take a picture of Civil ID.
- Click next.
- Add required information and then click on Agree on Terms and conditions.
- Check accuracy of information then submit.
- You will receive activation code via SMS.
- Insert activation code.
- The application will be review and then customer will be notified by email to KFHonline.
Updating the Civil ID via “Kuwait Mobile ID” application through KFH Online:
- Log into KFH Online application.
- Click on ‘Settings’, then ‘Update Civil ID Card’.
- Read the instructions and click ‘Send Request’.
- To approve the request, click “Open Kuwait Mobile ID application’.
- Click “Authenticate” to approve the request and return to the KFHOnline Application to complete the update process.
- Verify the information and click Confirm.
- The Civil ID update process is complete.
1- Select (New User Sign Up).
2- Fill in required information:
a. Civil ID Number.
b. Account Number (14 Digits).
c. PIN Number.
3- Read and Accept the applicable Terms and Conditions.
4- Enter Username.
5- Choose Password.
6- Select Password validity period.
7- Redirect to Login page after successful registration.

9- Enter Last 5 digits of account number.
10- Select an Image.
11- Enter Image Description.
12- Enter Site key answers.

Open saving accounts for foreign currency:
- Download KFHOnline application and choose to open new account in Kuwaiti Dinars / Foreign Currency.
- Enter the required information, read and agree to the terms and conditions and then click agree.
- Ensure the data is correct then click Confirm.
- The new account has been opened successfully.
Active dormant account:
- Login to KFHOnline.
- Selects the account from accounts summary page.
- Click on “Dormant”.
- Accept the term and conditions.
- Enter OTP then dormant account will be activated.
- Or navigate to account services side menu and select Active dormant account.
Open New account for Non-KFH customers
- Download KFHOnline and click open account.
- Enter the required data, read and agree on the terms and conditions and click next.
- Ensure the data is correct then click confirm.
- Get ready and click “take photo”.
- Take a photo of yourself.
- Take a picture of the Civil ID.
- Ensure the data is correct then click ok.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Read and agree on the declarations, then click next.
- Enter your personal information then click next.
- Sign in the area provided and click confirm.
- Your request to open an account will be sent to Kuwait Mobile ID app to obtain your electronic signature.
- Accept the account opening on the Kuwait Mobile ID app and complete the steps from the KFHOnline app.
- Click on “Open KFH Account” to open the file.
- Click on signature.
- Click continue to open the new account.
- The new account has been open successfully. Press continue to enter KFHOnline and enjoy our services.
Stages of submitting a financing request in exchange for a financial guarantee through KFHOnline:
- Log into KFH Online application.
- Select financing services, then choose “e-Finance”.
- Choose “Request new tawarruq”.
- View the message activating the electronic signature in the “Kuwait Mobile ID” application, then click OK. (this service must be activated by the customer).
- Choose the product type, complete all required data. Click next.
- Review the data and click ‘Next’.
- Fill in the data and click ‘Next’.
- Upload a copy of your civil ID and click ‘Next’.
- Agree to the CINET Consent Form and click ‘Next’.
- View CINET consent form.
- Request an activation code.
- Enter the activation code.
- Return to the main screen and choose ‘e-Finance’.
- View and choose the document to be signed.
- Click ‘Agree’ and then ‘Next’.
- You will receive an SMS to access the “Kuwait Mobile ID” application to sign documents digitally.
- Log in to the “Kuwait Mobile ID” application and choose the document you want to sign.
- Choose a signature. A message will appear confirming the document was signed successfully.
