Through their social media channels and KFHonline mobile app, KFH provides regular guidance on how to avoid phishing scams and other electronic fraud. Key tips include not sharing passwords or account numbers with anyone; regularly updating anti-virus software; being cautious of suspicious emails and links; and ensuring that visited websites are secure and reliable. KFH advises its customers to be cautious of scam emails and texts that try to trick them into sharing personal or financial details. The bank recommends carefully checking email addresses before clicking any links, and instead of using links in emails or texts, going straight to the official website of the company or organization. KFH also reminds everyone that they should never share personal or financial information via email or text, as real organizations would never ask for this kind of information through those channels.
