In yet another endeavor that confirms its capabilities, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced two new services for the first time in Kuwait: the instant printing of credit and prepaid cards in cooperation with NCR, in addition to allowing customers to update their financial statements through KFH ATMs.

KFH Manager ATM and KFHGO, Meshal Mandani, said that all KFH customers will now be able to print their credit and prepaid cards at KFH ATMs located at Kuwait Airport and Khiran branches. This is just the initial phase, with plans to expand this service to more branches in the future. In order to accommodate customers and consider their circumstances, he emphasized that the service is accessible round the clock at these two branches.

Mandani explained that the process entails simply entering the civil ID into the ATM, following the necessary steps, and receiving an OTP either through SMS or by a QR code with the highest security standards.

He stressed that the new service enhances the existing range of services offered by KFH, allowing credit and prepaid cardholders to benefit from them. As part of its continuous attempts to ensure the best banking experience, KFH is committed to facilitating banking transactions through digital transformation, offering customers the convenience of fulfilling all their needs through KFH Online App, KFH Go branches, and ATMs.

Mandani added: “The second newly launched service is considered an advancement in ATM and online applications. KFH is now providing a fast and easy process to update your “Know Your Customer” file. The data can be updated through Kuwait Mobile ID application after entering the civil ID number in the ATM, an authentication code will be sent to your Kuwait Mobile ID application and upon customer’s approval, the data will be updated.”

Additionally, Mandani said that KFH is the first bank in Kuwait to introduce instant banking card issuance using a Hybrid Solution powered by NCR, allowing customers to print their own banking cards within 3 minutes, 24/7 through several options, either via self-service using the civil ID or by using their smart phones and the QR code. Moreover, KFH is the first bank, and for the second time at the local banks level, to launch instant credit and prepaid card issuance through its ATMs without a prior request. The launch of the two new services put KFH in the leading position at the level of Kuwaiti banks, in addition to having the largest network in Kuwait in terms of available ATMs.

KFH provides a package of digital banking services that confirms its leadership in the banking industry, e.g., a secured account opening service for non-KFH customers through XTM machines and printing cards via ATMs. In response to the developments of smart devices, KFH offers its service through smart watches enabling customers to complete their transactions through ATMs.

Also, KFH provides online personal financing requests using e-signature, online opening of account for new customers, investments deposits, opening a gold account, buying and selling gold, requesting a cheque book, deposit checks, instant card printing, following up on financing transactions and payment installments, viewing investment plans, and checking account balance and deposits.
