KFH Inaugurates Revamped Hateen and Airport Branches
Featuring digital platforms, display screens, tablets and self-service interactive solutions
Kuwait Finance House “KFH” inaugurated its two fully revamped branches in Kuwait International Airport and Hateen after fitting them with technological equipment and advanced modern services. This comes in line with the distinction of offering KFH customers an exceptional and unique banking experience while providing them with utmost comfort in conducting their banking transactions.
The two branches were officially opened in the presence of Acting Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) at KFH, Abdulwahab Issa Al-Roshood and members of the bank executive management team.
In a statement to the press during the inauguration, Al-Roshood explained that the airport branch, located in the departures lounge (first floor) and the Hateen branch stand out for their spaciousness, contemporary design, modern technology, diverse interactive services and utmost privacy, with the Hateen branch featuring a special ladies section as another competitive advantage by the bank.
“Equipped with highly-qualified personnel, the two branches offer sophisticated bank solutions and services with the provision at the airport of an interactive service such as the XTM, advanced ATM machines, cash deposit machines which can accept 300 notes in a single transaction, sophisticated digital platforms, tablets and display screens introducing services and offers.” He added.
Leadership in banking digitization
Al-Roshood pointed out that the two branches differ from traditional bank branches in both their design and their reliance on the latest and most advanced banking and interactive services, making a qualitative shift in the design of future branches.
He noted that reliance on technological solutions and digital platforms enhances service efficiency as part of the digital transformation strategy in which the bank made long strides that established its leadership in e-banking services and the world of banking digitization.
He stressed the continuous efforts to care for the customers and introduce a new generation of easy banking services fitted with the best financial technology tools while committing to the highest standards of quality, distinction, efficient techniques and enhancing the E-Systems at international standards in order to meet customers aspirations and reflect KFH leading position globally.
Al-Roshood noted that, by modernizing its branches, KFH follows an ambitious plan that ensures moving towards opening revamped branches to meet the modern aspirations of customers and reflect the bank’s care for their comfort, offering them a distinctive banking experience in all its branches in Kuwait. He revealed that the segment of youth seeking digital banking solutions was a major element in the bank’s strategy of devising a qualitative service model of the best self-service digital transactions.
He stressed that KFH is keen to comply with the protective measures, pointing to the Skiplino service for booking appointments by smart phones through KFH.com and the KFHonline application.
Interactive services
The self-service banking offered by two branches include conducting "Murabaha" financing transactions, requesting credit and prepaid cards, updating data and phone numbers, activating bank cards, opening deposits and accounts, instant cheque printing, receiving gold biscuits(10 grams), opening (gold, savings, Al Rabeh, electron) accounts, online gold purchase and sell, cardless withdrawals using QR code through mobile, or using ID and many other financing and banking services conducted quickly, easily and safely.
