Executive Manager of Real Estate Valuation at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Ahmed Al-Farhan said that during 2018, KFH succeeded in appraising 15500 properties for individuals, companies, banks and government institutions at a market value of roughly KD16 billion.

He added that the real estate appraisal at KFH is trustworthy and gains confidence from several official bodies, legal and accounting offices, and individuals.  KFH applies the international standards in terms of cost, return and sale in addition to the local customs in valuating all types of real estate according to regulatory opinion. KFH is characterized by having distinguished group of resident appraisers with diverse professional expertise who are accredited by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
