Kuwait Finance House (KFH) held Supervisory Skills training program for a segment of employees working in supervising functions at the bank.
This training program comes as part of KFH’s internal training and development plan, while emanates from the bank’s endeavors to hone the skills of its employees and equip them with all essential ingredients of success to increase their productivity and maintain the pioneering position of the bank.
The 3-day training program encompassed 15 employees. It aimed at reinforcing the supervising side of those employees in an attempt to lay the pillars of success at the institution.
The training program tackled different subjects of which the introduction to the concept of supervision, the characteristics of effective supervisor, in addition to the implementation of the fundamentals of supervision that revolve around monitoring and guiding the executive and management activities in an efficient way.
Moreover, the training program included subjects of theoretical and practical methodology of modern supervisory skills, the illustration of the concept of the supervising process, the roles and duties assigned to the supervisor, not to mention raising the quantitative and qualitative level of institutional performance while keeping healthy, efficient and positive work environment.
