Deputy General Manager Cards at KFH, Talal AlArbeed revealed that this new virtual card provides a distinguished and seamless payment experience that is both easy and secure. Notably, it can be instantly issued 24/7 through KFHOnline app, bringing convenience to KFH`s digital-savvy clientele. AlArbeed added that these cards offer a faster and a more flexible digital banking experience, enabling customers to manage their online purchases with ease. Customers can issue the card through the mobile app and add it directly to their digital wallets. Accordingly, they will have control and security for both local and international online and point-of-sale shopping. “The card is fully digital, consisting of 16 digits similar to regular cards, along with a CVV security code and an expiration date,” he explained. Environmentally friendly Highlighting the advantages of the virtual card, AlArbeed mentioned that it provides customers with flexible payment options customized according to their needs, whether for online shopping, bill payments, or in-store purchases. He stressed the broader environmental and social impact of the card. These include reducing plastic waste and eliminating paper usage. It also contributes to lower carbon emissions by reducing in-person card delivery. Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Deputy General Manager of Products, Nehal Al-Musallam, announced the opening of a Group Service Center at Mishref branch. The center, which is part of KFH`s broader strategy to bolster its Group-wide performance and vision, will cater to customers of KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt. She added that the KFH Group Service Center aims to provide customers of KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt with a seamless and integrated banking experience, with plans to eventually cover the remaining Group subsidiaries` markets. Al-Musallam added that customers in Kuwait can conveniently and efficiently access a variety of services at the center. These include hassle-free new account opening, straightforward updates to personal and banking information for continuous service and dedicated technical support for activating and using the mobile banking apps of KFH-Turkey and KFH-Egypt. KFH Rewards Program allows credit and debit cardholders, including Hesabi and Rewards prepaid cards and other eligible members, to earn points on every purchase. These points can then be redeemed for attractive offers and discounts at over 200 participating merchants and partners. Customers can access these benefits via the KFH Rewards mobile app or the program`s official website (www.rewards.kfh). The partnership with Gulf Air brings added value to KFH customers. Gulf Air has been operating since 1950, making it one of the earliest airlines established in the Middle East. New merchants are continuously being onboarded to expand the rewards redeem options for KFH cardholders. There are three different card categories with KFH Rewards program. Each category contains exclusive offers customers may avail themselves of. Categories include black, silver, and green tiers. Customers of these tiers may earn points through local and international shops by using all points of sale and online shopping. They may also transfer KFH points to any other member in the program. The points are added automatically within 48 hours after each qualified purchase transaction.
