In a move that reflects its dedication to digital transformation strategy, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced a comprehensive update to its KFHOnline app, featuring a sleek modern design with smart banking services.
This major update reinforces KFH`s leadership in digital innovation and its commitment to delivering state-of-the-art financial solutions that cater to customers’ demands and ensure a seamless, user-friendly banking experience.
Deputy General Manager Digital and Alternative Channels at KFH, Meshal Alobaid, said that the main features of the new design include:
- New landing page: the homepage has been redesigned to deliver a more interactive and seamless user experience, making it easier to navigate and access a wide range of banking services and solutions.
- Customer profile and benefits: this new feature allows customers to view details of their banking tiers and enjoy exclusive benefits tailored to each program, along with a glimpse of the advantages offered in the other programs.
- New services: these new innovative services include the instant issuance of the digital card, managing the ATM card usage limits.
- Virtual cards issuance: customers can easily issue a prepaid card through the app, add it to the digital wallet and start online shopping immediately.
He noted that other services are set to launch soon in line with KFH`s digital transformation strategy aimed at advancing modern banking.
Unlimited banking services
Alobaid mentioned that KFH recorded over 400 million successful banking transactions carried out by customers through its online applications in 2024, confirming the remarkable success of KFH`s digital channels.
He explained that KFHOnline provides access to more than 200 banking services. Additionally, KFH smart hybrid branches offer other services. “This means that our customers have the flexibility to either interact directly with an employee or use state-of-the-art self-service devices,” added Alobaid.
Alobaid noted that the digital channel services include e-payment solutions such as WAMD service, online account opening, instant printing for all bank cards, gold trading, adjusting ATM card purchase and withdrawal limits, and completing numerous transactions through KFH Go without the need to visit a branch.
According to Alobaid, KFH`s advanced initiatives demonstrate substantial progress in its digital transformation journey, solidifying its leading position in modern banking and delivering an innovative and smooth banking experience for customers.
