KFH Concierge service includes a wide range of lifestyle conveniences such as processing official transactions including domestic worker documentation, government-related services, visa processing, travel arrangements (hotel bookings, flights, airport meet & assist services), restaurant reservations (locally and internationally), transport coordination, car rentals and entertainment bookings.
Alhumaidi said that KFH provides Advance and Premium customers with the following services for free: safe deposit boxes, money transfers and cash withdrawals, issuance of bank certificates and cheque books, along with various additional benefits.
She commented: “Premium customers also receive the Visa Signature card, which includes exclusive perks such as complimentary access to airport lounges, travel insurance, and purchase protection”.
