As the largest and main sponsor of the College of Engineering and Petroleum, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announces its strategic partnership for the 47th Engineering Design Exhibition. The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Nader Al-Jalal.
Under its sponsorship, KFH has supported over 300 graduation projects for students throughout the year. KFH has also dedicated the “Environmental Sustainability” Award to projects focusing on sustainability and environmental issues and aligning with KFH’s comprehensive strategy. The award is also part of the Keep it green Campaign, launched by KFH to support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
At KFH's pavilion, a team was designated to offer distinctive services to college students and visitors and respond to their inquiries.
Commenting on this participation, KFH Executive Manager Media and Government Relations, Mohammed Alfaris, said that KFH is keen on supporting students and graduates of the College of Engineering and Petroleum and sponsoring their graduation projects in this exhibition, which is held twice a year. “Students and youth are a priority of KFH’s CSR strategy alongside education, innovation and continuous cooperation with various educational institutions,” he noted.
Through its sponsorship of the Engineering Design Exhibition, Alfaris emphasized that KFH is the primary and largest supporter of the College of Engineering and Petroleum students. He further noted that KFH provides crucial support to participating students as they strive to complete their projects, inspiring them to embrace innovation and creativity.
He praised Kuwait University graduates and particularly College of Engineering and Petroleum alumni, emphasizing their role in delivering innovative projects and effective solutions for Kuwait and contributing to its development.
