Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has honored 60 employees who graduated from its scholarship program and those who obtained professional certifications during 2024.
Speaking at the ceremony held at Grand Hayatt Hotel for this occasion, KFH Group Chief Executive Officer, Khaled AlShamlan expressed his pleasure in honoring a new cohort of KFH’s ambitious and distinguished employees who obtained accreditations and completed their undergraduate and graduate studies through KFH scholarship program.
He noted that this academic and professional achievement is a source of pride and a testament to employees’ continuous commitment to developing their capabilities and enhancing their skills, ultimately improving work performance, service quality, and reinforcing KFH’s leadership both locally and globally.
AlShamlan extended his heartfelt gratitude to the families of the honored employees, acknowledging their pivotal role in supporting and encouraging the employees’ academic and professional pursuits.

Meanwhile, KFH Acting Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Ahmad Alhammad congratulated the honored employees on their achievement and extended his gratitude to their families for their unwavering support throughout their educational and professional learning journey.
Alhammad pointed out that the development and education are integral to KFH’s corporate culture. He emphasized that recognizing a distinguished group of ambitious employees reflects KFH’s strong commitment to their professional and academic growth, considering them the true wealth of the institution.
He added: “Undoubtedly, the knowledge gained, and modern skills acquired through professional certifications and scholarship programs must be put into practice to boost productivity, improve service quality, enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation and overcome challenges. Equally important is sharing this knowledge with their colleagues.”
Alhammad explained that KFH enjoys an outstanding track record of achievements that focus on prioritizing its human capital. “In 2024, KFH provided approximately 116,000 training hours to around 4,000 employees,” he added, “As part of the leadership development program, 26 managers participated in the group-wide Building Leadership Excellence program. Additionally, 19 employees were accepted into the scholarship program, and 39 employees graduated from Forssah program, a program dedicated to attracting top-tier recent graduates.”
He also highlighted KFH’s global recognition for its excellence in human resources, having won 13 international awards from Brandon Hall, the highest number of accolades received both locally and regionally.
