As part of its commitment to serving all segments of society, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has allocated branches equipped with an array of features and services that cater to customers with special needs. These branches offer high-quality and seamless banking experience, underscoring KFH’s leadership in social responsibility.
These designated branches are located across Kuwait governorates in areas including Rawda, Al-Rehab, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Zahra, Dahar and Saad Al-Abdullah.
KFH is keen on enabling all its customers with special needs to benefit from its banking services. Therefore, KFH has dedicated branches equipped with a thorough set of features and services that support its main objectives. These include designated parking for individuals with special needs and wheelchair accessible entrances, access to ATMs with headphone features, safety deposit boxes, in addition to staff trained in sign language.
Additionally, account opening forms, contracts, and transaction documents are printed in Braille. Voice service is also available on the website, facilitating online banking transactions.
These facilities include providing trained staff to serve this customer, offering the necessary support to complete banking transactions, and ensuring alternative communication channels to address their specific requirements. In addition, the doors are equipped with sensors to facilitate smooth transitions between customers, automatically closing until the transaction is completed.
In partnership with the Public Authority for Disability Affairs (PADA), KFH is the first bank in Kuwait to launch a comprehensive program for integrating individuals with special needs by offering practical training programs and full-time employment opportunities.
