Kuwait Finance House (KFH) recently completed the internship program with the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM). The program is part of KFH’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the development of national talent and enhance the capabilities of Kuwaiti youth. It also highlights the continued collaboration between KFH and the Public Authority for Manpower.
Acting Deputy Director General for National Employment Development at the Public Authority for Manpower, Najat Al-Yousef, commended KFH's expertise and leadership in training the national manpower, highlighting the positive impact it has on preparing trainees for the private sector job market.
Al-Yousef also expressed gratitude for KFH's ongoing support for these programs. She emphasized that the trainees gained significant benefits from this one-of-a-kind experience at the world leading Islamic financial institution.
During the closing honoring ceremony at KFH Auto, which was attended by KFH Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar, Al-Yousef stated that the PAM works closely with KFH to utilize their resources in supporting students and youth, encouraging them to serve the community and contribute to its development.
