Under the patronage and presence of Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the College of Engineering and Petroleum’s 46th Engineering Design Exhibition, held at Sabah Al Salem University City.
On this occasion, Minister Al-Mashaan commended KFH’s continuous support towards education, students and youth. She also lauded its extended strategic partnership with the College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University and its support for the Engineering Design Exhibition.
She indicated that the support provided to students and the exhibition demonstrates the commitment towards developing the engineering sector and enhancing the role of innovation in this field. Additionally, she highlighted the importance of recognizing and supporting engineering innovations due to their contributions to the sector's enhancement and the motivation of distinguished individuals to drive further development and prosperity in the country.
KFH’s participation entailed supporting many students in their engineering projects, in addition to dedicating the Environmental Sustainability Award to projects focusing on sustainability and environmental issues.
KFH is one of the main and largest supporters of graduation projects at the College of Engineering and Petroleum. During its extended partnership with the college, KFH supported around 300 graduation projects for students throughout the year.
It is worth noting that KFH’s support is part of its keenness to sponsor students, education, and youth and encourage scientific initiatives that contribute to achieving growth and development in various fields.
Through its strategic partnership with the College of Engineering and Petroleum, KFH contribute to creating a fruitful social and scientific environment by providing the necessary support for the development of scientific capabilities.
