Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized a business trip for Forssah Program trainees to major international companies. The aim was to expose them to the latest systems and work methods, providing valuable experience as part of their human resources development. Demonstrating its commitment, KFH carefully selected the location for each group based on their specialization, with "Forssah-Tech" heading to Istanbul and "Forssah-Business" visiting Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The training program for the Forssah-Business group included visits to major companies such as Visa and Mastercard. During these visits, officials and specialists shared their expertise with the trainees, discussing the latest services, systems, and cutting-edge customer service technology.
Meanwhile, the Forssah-Tech group visited Architect, a renowned Istanbul-based information technology company. Trainees had the opportunity to work within various departments of the company on a daily basis, gaining hands-on experience with the latest services, programs, and applications that can benefit the bank and enhance the overall customer experience.
Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar emphasized that KFH consistently supports its human capital and utilizes all resources to develop its employees. He highlighted the Forssah program as one of the most critical training initiatives, providing significant value to both trainees and the bank.
He added that the Forssah program was established in 2009 and has since successfully produced exceptional employees who have made significant contributions to KFH's growth and helped maintain its leading position. The program continually evolves each year to align with the demands of the job market, incorporating new methods, intensive courses, and comprehensive training initiatives.
He stated that providing training to employees and honing their skills will lead to a clear understanding of their duties and the necessary expertise to complete tasks effectively. This, in turn, will boost their confidence and enable them to make a positive contribution to the organization's overall performance.
AlOmar explained that KFH is committed to providing training and developing employees through various courses and workshops. This approach aims to enhance their skills, nurture their talents, and align their growth with a comprehensive vision that benefits both individuals and the organization, ultimately improving customer service. He emphasized KFH's focus on building competencies and preparing employees for future leadership roles.
It is worth noting that KFH initiated the "Forssah" program in 2009 as a pioneering initiative to train outstanding Kuwaiti graduates from both local and international universities in relevant fields. Keeping pace with the latest global banking industry trends, the program serves as a gateway, opening up vast opportunities for exceptional students to build professional careers enriched with knowledge, development, and skill acquisition.
