: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) honored a group of its employees at a special ceremony for successfully completing the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS) class of 2023 and receiving professional accreditation certificates.

KFH employees achieved accreditation in various programs, including Advanced Certified Credit Management (ACCM), Certified Credit Manager (CCM), Certified Assistant Bank Branch Manager (CABBM), Certified Bank Branch Manager (CBBM), Certified Bank Branch Operations Manager (CBBOM), and Certified Bank Wealth Manager (CBWM).

The accredited certificate programs consist of modules that contain a well-structured series of courses designed to address specific job requirements. Earning these specialized certificates has become a recognized mark of an employee's competency and excellence within the Kuwaiti banking industry.

On the sideline of the employee recognition ceremony, Mohammed Al-Musalam, KFH's Executive Manager Talent Management and HR Transformation, highlighted the excellence of KFH employees.  This, he said, reflects the bank's strong commitment to developing its human resources using the latest tools and methodologies aligned with the best practices in modern banking sciences.
