Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has announced the participation in the second edition of the National Leadership Conference 2024 titled "Breaking Barriers II: A Strong Mind. Strong Body. Strong Leader”, following the outstanding success of its inaugural edition.
The Conference, organized by the National Leadership Institute, will be launching on November 5th at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center. It presents an invaluable opportunity for participants to network, learn, grow, and elevate their leadership journey. The conference will feature global speakers from various sectors and industry experts, who will discuss critical topics highlighting the importance of mental resilience, physical wellness, and holistic leadership.
KFH Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad AlOmar, stated that, by the grace of Allah, KFH has made significant strides in its efforts to develop current and future leaders. - Steven Bartlett: Entrepreneur, investor, author, and host of the UK's number one podcast, "The Diary of a CEO," who will share his story and leadership experiences.
- H.E. Hassan Al-Thawadi: Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy in Qatar, the organization responsible for preparing and overseeing the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He will provide valuable insights from his experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Dr. Mariam Al-Awadhi: Assistant Professor at Kuwait University's College of Medicine and a specialist in mental health. She will be sharing her views on mental health and resilience.
