Almosalem explained that the Baitak Concierge service acts as a personal assistant, offering an outstanding service to assist customers with their transactions, needs, and personal/family requirements. This service is provided in collaboration with Q'go Concierge with the aim of meeting customers' needs and offering services wherever and whenever they are needed.
She added that the beneficiaries of this service are all Al Ruwad customers, as well as Al Tamayoz customers who hold Visa Signature, World MasterCard, Visa Diamond Charge, or Diamond Tayseer cards.
Almosalem also revealed that the service allows the aforementioned customers to access a variety of services, including a personal assistant to oversee their daily tasks and a private secretary to handle all necessary matters. Baitak Concierge offers government-related services such as renewing civil IDs, passports, and driver's licenses, applying for visas, and providing limousine services, roadside assistance, business representation, customs clearance, luggage delivery from the airport to customers' homes, and medical examinations for domestic workers. Once a service is requested, it is efficiently provided to alleviate the burdens of KFH customers and save them time and effort.
