Kuwait Finance House (KFH) offers customers "Eidiyah" (monetary gifts) in various denominations: KD 1, KD 5, and KD 10. These banknotes are available through ATMs, branches across Kuwait, and delivery services for certain customer groups.
This initiative demonstrates KFH's commitment to engaging with the community on various occasions and holidays, in addition to offering a range of communication channels to stay connected with customers wherever they are.
KFH Manager E-Channels and Cash Management Services, Meshal Mandani, said that the Eidiyah service will be available to customers starting from the 2nd to 13th of June at KFH’s 86 branches, as well the 64 branches of the formerly Ahli United Bank – Kuwait, catering to the needs of customers of all segments.
From the 13th to 16th of June, the Eidiyah service will be available at KFH Go branches, Co-ops of Ishbiliyah, Jabriya, Mangaf, Salam, Bu Fatira, and Sabah Al-Ahmad, KFH Auto showroom in Shuwaikh and KFH branch at Kuwait International Airport.
Additionally, Mandani announced the launch of Eidiyah distribution to Private Banking and Al Ruwad customers. Customers of this segment can receive the exact amounts they requested, tailored to their specific needs starting from the 2nd to 13th of June.
KFH customers value this service because it saves them the hassle of obtaining various denominations of cash, especially small banknotes that are often unavailable at other ATMs.
Providing Eidiyah efficiently requires a dedicated KFH team working seamlessly with partners. This ensures a smooth experience, bolsters KFH's reputation, and highlights its commitment to exceeding customer expectations and being a part of their celebrations.
