Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched a new summer campaign targeting holders of VISA debit, credit, and prepaid cards. Titled "With KFH Visa ... Your Train is Waiting!", the campaign will run for two months from the beginning of August until the end of September.
Two draws will be held during the campaign period to select winners who will embark on a luxurious 7-star trip aboard the Belmond Train. Winners will have the opportunity to choose between an Asia Trip encompassing Singapore and Malaysia, or a Europe trip exploring France and Italy.
KFH Executive Manager Credit and Charge Card Products, Talal AlArbeed said that the recently launched summer campaign underscores KFH's commitment to providing customers with the best benefits. It also demonstrates the bank's ongoing dedication to rewarding card usage while prioritizing customer security and convenience.
He added that the campaign includes two draws, each with six winners. Each customer will have one chance to enter the draw for each one (1) Kuwaiti Dinar spent of the total local purchasing transactions (including the purchasing made through online websites in Kuwaiti Dinar). Furthermore, the customer will have 10 chances to enter the draw for each one (1) Kuwaiti Dinar of the total purchasing transactions spent overseas (including purchasing made online in foreign currencies).
“Withdrawal transactions, whether conducted within or outside Kuwait, as well as cards issued after the campaign's launch, will not be eligible for the draw," explained AlArbeed.
He added that winning customers will enjoy several privileges as part of a package that includes: one companion for each winner, round-trip business-class tickets, a suite stay on the Belmond Train, accommodation in a 5-star hotel during the trip, and KD 2,000 pocket money deposited into the winning card's balance.
He indicated that the campaign involves using KFH Visa cards within Kuwait to encourage online transactions, modernize payment methods, and facilitate secure and efficient fund transfers. This initiative stimulates sales while enhancing customer satisfaction through security and convenience in their banking experience.
He pointed out that launching the campaign coincides with the summer holiday and travel season, leading to a high demand for round-the-clock credit card use. "KFH has implemented comprehensive measures to optimize the card usage experience for customers by developing automated banking card systems and software, enhancing service devices, and improving card quality. These initiatives prioritize the needs of both cardholders and merchants, with the ultimate goal of delivering an exceptional banking experience to our customers," added AlArbeed.
