Kuwait Finance House (KFH) honored the inaugural cohort of graduates of its Real Estate Evaluation Program, the first of its kind in Kuwait. Launched earlier in collaboration with the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST), the program aims to serve all professionals and individuals interested in the real estate sector in Kuwait.
The honoring ceremony took place at the KFH Auto in the presence of KFH`s Executive Management, represented by KFH Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, KFH Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar, and KFH Group Chief Operations Officer, Abdullah Abu Alhous, and Head of GUST Executive Education, Dr. Abdullah AlFalah.

During the ceremony, KFH Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood thanked program graduates and those involved in implementing the KFH Real Estate Evaluation program. He emphasized that this program aligns with KFH's leadership in social responsibility. It also reaffirms KFH's long experience in the real estate sector, aiming to improve customer satisfaction through a comprehensive program developed by real estate experts.

Al Rushood indicated that KFH is committed to enhancing real estate evaluation methodologies to bolster overall economic activity. Meanwhile, KFH Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar extended his congratulations to the inaugural cohort of graduates who successfully completed the three levels of KFH Real Estate Evaluation program. He praised the efforts of those involved in the program and their significant contribution to enhancing the real estate market. He also indicated that the program is ongoing and will witness the graduation of new cohorts.
He noted that the recognition of outstanding employees and talents is part of KFH’s commitment to developing and encouraging its human resources to keep pace with advancements through the latest technical and professional methods. AlOmar revealed that the program is now available to firms and individuals interested in the real estate market, indicating KFH is collaborating with relevant local and international entities to establish a certified and accredited professional qualification for program completion.

KFH Group Chief Operations Officer, Abdulla Abu Alhous, expressed his confidence in the significance of the academic and professional knowledge acquired by employees through the program. He highlighted the positive contributions that graduates of the program will bring to the real estate sector in Kuwait. The program was developed by a team of specialists and researchers in the real estate field. This initiative aims to empower appraisers to accurately assess the value of real estate assets, make sound investment resolutions, and preserve real estate wealth.
Abu Alhous emphasized that the KFH Real Estate Evaluation Program will enhance the position of KFH in the real estate market and contribute to the governance of operations while improving performance, in accordance with established standards recognized by regulatory and supervisory bodies.

Meanwhile, Head of GUST Executive Education, Dr. Abdullah AlFalah, commended the successful collaboration between KFH and GUST through KFH Real Estate Evaluation Program, which is set to enhance the real estate Evaluation market in Kuwait.
AlFalah praised the strategic relationship between GUST and KFH through ongoing and advanced programs that address all areas and sectors benefiting employees, students and the community.
