As part of its ceaseless efforts in meeting youth’s aspirations by offering the best innovative digital financial solutions, Kuwait Finance House (KFH), represented by its Digital Transformation and Innovation Department, organized a focus group session with Information Technology students from Kuwait University to learn about their views, perceptions, and suggestions about mobile banking services of KFH app.
The one-day discussion was held at the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University in cooperation with the Information System and Operation Management (ISOM) Club. Students were divided into three groups, asking each group to present an idea and a business plan, thus offering them an opportunity to innovate and develop ideas according to KFH’s strategy of introducing unique digital services based on the youth needs and aspirations.
KFH team assisted the participating students in developing research plans on current banking services in similar digital platforms around the world with the highest rates of downloading and usage, in order to match their innovative ideas with the latest banking technology in the world.
The discussion witnessed tremendous engagement from the students who praised the services and features of the Bank that are in line with the interests of different customer segments, including KFH app which facilitates business performance and the completion of transactions, as it currently provides nearly 150 different transactions that meet the needs of its customers in an easy, fast, and secure way.
