Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has celebrated its distinguished employees for the year 2022 as part of Qadha program. The honoring ceremony was held at Grand Hayatt Hotel in the presence of the executive management represented by the Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, heads of departments and senior officials from the Bank.
Being the first of its kind in the banking sector in Kuwait, Qadha program’s selection process is based on precise criteria of performance evaluation, in addition to all professional aspects. The program covers all departments and is designed in accordance with international practices to reward employees for their distinctive hard work on monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
In his speech during the ceremony, Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood expressed his pride of KFH’s distinguished employees at all levels and throughout the year.
“I am pleased to be with you in Qadha’s annual honoring ceremony to congratulate you and thank you for your distinguished efforts throughout 2022. This ceremony came at an exceptional time as it coincided with the announcement of KFH’s financial results that reflect your efforts and are the best proof that hard work always pays off." Al Rushood added.
He pointed out that the success of KFH, and any institution, depends on the loyalty and dedication of its employees in achieving the highest level of quality to serve internal and external customers. He also emphasized the Executive Management’s commitment to support and encourage young talents to accomplish their tasks with passion, indicating that for this purpose, Qadha program was launched to be the umbrella for all recognition programs at KFH.
He went on to say that each quarter, KFH honors its distinguished employees under Qadha program.
“Today, I have the honor to meet you all and award over 300 employees for their outstanding performance in 2022.” he said.
Al Rushood mentioned that Qadha program influenced employee engagement indicators at KFH which increased to 4%, saying that by the grace of Allah, and thanks to employees’ efforts and the support of the Board, KFH was able to achieve historic financial results for the fiscal year 2022.
“We will continue to grow and strengthen our leading position as the largest bank in Kuwait and the second largest Islamic bank in the world.” he added.
Al Rushood expressed his confidence that employees will maintain their outstanding performance and continue achieving success in different fields for better serving customers and reinforcing the position of the Bank as a world leading Islamic financial institution.
