As part of (Partners in Recruiting Them) campaign, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the graduation ceremony of the fourth group of alumni under the patronage of the Minister of Social Affairs Sheikh Firas Saud Al-Malik Al-Sabah. The event was organized by the Public Authority for Disability affairs and attended by a number of officials and leaders from various entities.
During the event, KFH was recognized for its ceaseless efforts in training Kuwaiti youth with disabilities, as well as its commitment to supporting the labor market and active participation with State institutions, contributing to achieving common national economic development goals and motivating people with disabilities to work in the private sector.
KFH has always been committed to participating in events and initiatives that support people with disabilities in various sports, cultural and scientific activities, in addition to attending different conferences and fairs addressing this special social segment and focusing on showcasing their abilities and skills.
In terms of training and recruitment, KFH carefully selects what best suits the abilities and skills of the people with disabilities taking into account the individual differences and attributes. Training is tailored to their interests, in addition to harnessing their capabilities and ensuring the success of this experience with the help of exceptional banking personnel at KFH to qualify them to increase their work capabilities and contribute to developing society.
The training program is the first of its kind aimed at raising the capabilities of participants and unlocking their potential towards achieving goals through the best convenient means.
