Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized Ramadan Iftar for the personnel of the Public Security Operations Department at the Ministry of Interior and Kuwait Fire Force in appreciation of their efforts during Iftar time, and their great role around the clock.
This initiative, which KFH has been implementing annually, is part of KFH's campaign "Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan” and based on the bank's social responsibility.
KFH Executive Manager Media and Government Relations, Mohammed Alfaris said: "KFH team participated in the Iftar with employees and officials in the Public Security Operations Department at the Ministry of Interior and the Fire Force, in a message that expressed gratitude, interest and appreciation for their role, and stressed thanks for their actions and responsibility to ensure the safety, security and comfort of everyone, and their readiness to deal with any emergency at all times and circumstances.”
Alfaris stressed KFH's efforts to communicate with the society and emphasize the importance of the role of those in charge of community security and safety in various sectors, and to be present with them and appreciate their efforts at their workplace while performing their tasks that require their presence around the clock.
Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan
KFH continues its "Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan" campaign for the year 2023, by distributing Iftar meals in various locations in Kuwait. KFH volunteer team continues to receive its fasting guests in the Ramadan tent and organizes Iftar tables in cooperation with the Grand Mosque administration daily throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
The campaign focuses on various community initiatives including the iftar campaign, sports and youth activities, Quran competitions, daily interaction with the public, Gergean events, awareness videos in cooperation with nutritionists and doctors, as well as videos on traffic awareness and promoting a culture of not speeding during Iftar in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior.
KFH program also includes providing hospitality service in mosques, sharing Iftar with many entities that perform their duty during Iftar time, as well as distributing the food basket "Ramadan Basket" and Eid clothing to families in need in cooperation with the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, in a new affirmation of KFH's leadership in social responsibility and its role in participating in various social events.
