The service provides a unique banking experience to customers and represents a new culture of banking operations based entirely on modern technology and self-service devices. The service proves the feasibility and effectiveness of digitalization in improving the service level. Thanks to this service, the customer is able to receive new or renewed card within 3 minutes in simple and fast steps.
The instant card issuance service (for new or replaced cards) is available 24/7 without the need to visit branches, call customer service staff or submit an application. The service covers all KFH customer categories and Private Banking memberships. All that is required from the customer for the card printing, receipt, and activation process is to insert the civil ID card into the ATM machine, follow simple and clear steps and enter the OTP code which the customer receives in a text message on mobile.
KFH has taken the advantage, at the Kuwaiti banks level, to launch the service without a prior application through more than 100 machines covering all KFH branches (Gents – Ladies), malls and all KFH-GO branches which is the largest network in Kuwait regarding the number of machines. While the service represents a qualitative transition regarding customer relations and services, it also saves time and effort, reaching the highest levels of safety and speed standards globally.
