In a special honoring ceremony held at Arraya Ballroom, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) celebrated its distinguished employees as part of the quarterly (Qadha) program with the attendance of Chairman, Hamad Abdulmohsen Al Marzouq and the Executive Management represented by the Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, heads of departments and senior officials from the Bank.

Speaking on this occasion, KFH Chairman, Hamad Abdulmohsen Al Marzouq expressed his gratitude to all Qadha honorees who have shown outstanding performance enabling them to be recognized in Qadha’s first quarter ceremony. He emphasized the importance of supporting employees and recognizing their efforts as a driver for further success, which is for the benefit of KFH, its customers and shareholders.

“KFH has become, by the grace of Allah, the biggest bank in Kuwait, and has achieved the biggest quarterly financial results in its history, recording the biggest quarterly profits at the level of Kuwaiti banks. This entails great responsibilities on KFH to sustain excellence and leadership. It also pushes us to go the extra mile for meeting customers’ and shareholders’ aspirations and strengthening KFH’s leadership at various levels.” he continued.

Al Marzouq concluded his speech by congratulating the honorees for earning this recognition while highlighting the valuable influence of each dedicated employee at KFH. He voiced hope for accomplish more in the coming phase to achieve the Group’s strategic goals while enhancing the banking and financial services, products and solutions in accordance with the best world-class banking standards.

Abdulwahab Al Rushood

KFH Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood congratulated Qadha honorees, affirming that the success of KFH, and any organization, depends on the loyalty and dedication of employees to achieve the highest levels of quality and innovation in customer service and meet the objectives of the institution.

He stated that the Executive Management is keen on encouraging and recognizing unique and young talents, adding that Qadha initiative is the umbrella for all KFH recognition programs which reflects positively on employee engagement indices and contributes to boosting the efforts of employees in various departments.

Al Rushood commended the hard work of employees and hoped for more successes and prosperity for KFH.

Zeyad AlOmar

Group Chief Human Resources Officer at KFH, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar expressed his trust that the outstanding performance of employees, in terms of their accountability and loyalty to the Bank and its customers, would remain at all levels, stressing that the efforts to support employees would continue as they are the instrumental wealth of the Bank.

AlOmar noted that Qadha recognition program, launched in 2022 by KFH, has been prepared in an optimal manner and according to the best international practices to reward the outstanding performance of employees, adding that over 900 employees were honored under Qadha since its launch.

He pointed out that Qadha is the first of its kind at the banking sector level in Kuwait. The voting measure is based on accurate performance evaluation while considering the professional aspects. The program covers all departments and includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly assessments.
