KFHGo smart branches offer a comprehensive package for quick and easy banking services including buy and direct receipt of gold biscuits (10g) (Gold account not required), cardless cash withdrawal for up to K.D 5,000 through a video call with KFH agent using the civil ID, cardless cash deposit for up to K.D 3,000 a day (150 notes per transaction) through a video call with KFH agent using the civil ID, cheque deposit through self-service or a video call with KFH agent, transfer between accounts up to K.D 10,000 a day using self-service, or through a video call with an agent, in addition to transfer funds to KFH beneficiaries or to beneficiaries in other banks.
Furthermore, KFHGo branches enable customers to request instant cheque book printing, update information using civil ID and through a video call with KFH agent, open investment deposits, initiate Murabaha transaction, as well as request credit and prepaid cards.
KFH is keen to enhance the spread of its smart branches which are 10 branches spread across Kuwait. Easy digital services
KFH also provides several distinguished digital services such as the swift transfer of funds to KFH Turkey using RippleNet through KFHonline, “Digital Wallet” service via smart mobiles and watches which provide the latest smart digital payment methods with the highest security standards in collaboration with Samsung, Fitbit, Garmin, new account opening for non-FH customers in an automated, safe and fast process through XTM mini branches and many other e-banking services.

Thereafter, the amount is deposited in the customer account according to service terms and conditions.
