Under the patronage of Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed and with attendance of officials from different entities, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the Job Fair and the graduation ceremony of trainees with disabilities completing the customer service program as part of the (Partners in Recruiting them) campaign.
KFH participated in the Job Fair, which was organized by the Public Authority for Disability Affairs, aiming to showcase the job opportunities available for job seekers with disabilities, integrate them in society and assist them to access the labor market.
The Job Fair gave job seekers and attendees the opportunity to discuss the careers available for people with special needs and the importance of honing new skills that could benefit them in their employment. The Fair also included a graduation ceremony for the second and third alumni from the (Partners in Recruiting them) campaign as part of supporting the labor market and participating actively with state institutions that would greatly contribute to the achievement of national goals and the development of the economy, as well as guiding and encouraging people with disabilities to work in the private sector.
KFH is committed to participating in events and initiatives that support people with disabilities in various sports, cultural and scientific activities, in addition to attending different conferences and fairs addressed to this special social segment and focusing on showcasing their abilities and skills.
In terms of training, KFH carefully selects what best suits the abilities and skills of the people with disabilities taking into account the individual differences and attributes. Training is tailored to their interests, in addition to harnessing their capabilities and ensuring the success of this experience with the help of exceptional banking personnel at KFH to qualify them to increase their work capacities and contribute to developing society.
