Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched (Your Financing is Easier with KFH) campaign to meet all the financing needs of its customers with the best and easiest Offerings. The campaign includes financing for products like medical, education, furniture, appliances, or services like housing finance which covers materials, construction works, designing, licensing and supervising and local property, in addition to commercial financing against collaterals. It also covers a variety of financing solutions that will provide the customer with comfort and peace of mind.
KFH Executive Manager Personal Finance Products, Adel Ahmed Al-Rashood said that the campaign reflects KFH’s keenness to offer its customers exclusive benefits in housing finance such as real estate financing, which is considered one of the main features that aims at providing a comprehensive solution in line with customer’s demands and type of property, in addition to financing all housing-related needs from materials to construction works through easy instalments.
For consumer finance, he added that the campaign offers other exclusive benefits such as financing services that cover the purchase of furniture, electronics, home appliances (ready or manufactured) and their accessories. Moreover, KFH provides education finance to help customers achieve their ambitions by covering education expenses through monthly instalments, in addition to offering customized medical finance that would cover expenses of treatment and medical services. Among other services KFH is financing against cash collaterals by booking fixed deposits or the customer's saving account in line with Sharia-compliant principles.
Al-Rashood stated that the campaign will continue until mid-September 2022, offering the best and biggest market-wide benefits with selected suppliers in related fields, in addition to credit benefits that include: First instalment for housing finance is due after 12 months and 6 months for consumer finance, a housing finance limit up to KD 70 thousand with a credit duration up to 15 years, consumer finance limit up to KD 25 thousand with a credit duration up to 5 years with the possibility of postponing the instalment payment and rescheduling the debt in any of KFH branches across Kuwait.
Al-Rashood stressed that the digital finance application service which covers all paper-based financing transaction is an actual translation of KFH’s continuous efforts to provide its customers exceptional services. He added that the digital service can be activated using the PACI self-service Kiosks available in the following branches: Fahad Al-Ahmad, Al‑Sabahiya, Saad Al-Abdullah, Hateen, Fintas, Salwa, Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Rehab, Faiha and Andalus. The customer is able to apply for a financing request at any stage in a fully automated process without the need to visit the branch, saving large amount of time and effort.
Al-Rashood mentioned that the campaign supports the market by increasing sales and meeting customers’ needs. The campaign also enhances KFH’s extended partnerships with suppliers and improves service levels in a way that would meet customers satisfaction and push the national economy forward.
