As part of its “Qadha” program, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) celebrated its distinguished employees for the second quarter 2022, at the Millennium Hotel in the presence of the Executive Management, represented by the Acting GCEO Abdulwahab Iesa Al-Rushood, and several KFH departments.
The “Qadha” program covers all functions and departments in an integrated manner based on the latest studies and the best global practices to reward employees and show them gratitude and appreciation for their efforts and excellence in their monthly, quarterly or immediate performance. The program is an extension of the “Qadha” program which was launched in 2021 aiming to continue raising customer service level according to the highest calibers of service excellence and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
In his speech to the honorees, the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Zeyad Abdullah Al-Omar expressed his pride of their performance and dedication in their work which had a positive impact on KFH performance in general and on achieving customer satisfaction in a highly competitive environment. This competitive environment demands excellence, leadership and continuous development and progress in enhancing quality service and banking solutions to fulfill customer’s aspirations and attract new categories of customers.
Al-Omar said that KFH employees are the core asset and pillars of the Bank, adding that KFH could not have reached this level of progress locally and internationally without the grace of Allah and the kind of human efforts which had established KFH. He explained that one generation after another continued to develop KFH and maintain its leading position till today.
Al-Omar emphasized that KFH is sparing no effort in providing all ways and means to develop its human resources through local and international training courses provided by the most reputable global training organizations in addition to workshops provided by a group of global lecturers in different fields and specialties as needed by the bank employees. Furthermore, KFH provides scholarships on annual basis to employees who wish to continue their higher studies and obtain a university degree or a higher study degree in the most reputable and highly recognized universities
Al-Omar said “We believe that such care, interest, and appreciation are the real driver of continuity. We endeavor to provide all means of comfort to employees, professionally and life wise, to raise their performance levels and leave a positive impact on KFH and its honorable customers.
Al-Omar emphasized that the “Qadha” program is compatible with KFH vision to achieve the highest levels of innovations and excellence in customer service and leading the world Islamic banking services by introducing highly distinct solutions, facilitating applied procedures, adopting digitalized banking, and benefiting from technological developments in the best possible manner to fulfill customers aspirations. KFH has made qualitative leaps in customer service, using the most modern technology and highly qualified human resources to continue innovation, enhance market share and maintain a leading position in a highly competitive environment.
The program name “Qadha” implies challenge, excellence, instigation of capabilities to provide the best service. It reflects the management trust and confidence in the employees’ capabilities to accept the challenge.
