During a special ceremony held in the presence of the executive management represented by the Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, Heads of departments and senior officials from the Bank, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) celebrated its distinguished employees for the third quarter as part of (Qadha) program.
Qadha program covers all aspects and departments and is based on the latest relevant studies and the best global practices to reward employees for their distinctive hard work on monthly or quarterly basis.
In his speech, KFH Acting Group CEO, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood said: “Congratulations to all distinguished employees who were selected under Qadha program for Q3 of this year”. He noted that this honoring ceremony is an appreciation gesture for employees’ hard work and dedication, and a testimony of KFH’s gratitude for their efforts.
Al Rushood added that Qadha’s third quarter ceremony is honoring two new categories. The first category included employees who worked in Turkey during the summer holidays at KFH-Turkey branches in Istanbul and Bursa and served customers professionally. The second category included employees who obtained graduate certificates which, without doubt, would have positive influence on their performance at work.
He expressed his full confidence that the outstanding performance of employees would continue as they achieve more success in various fields, saying that KFH employees are reliable towards customers and the organization. He also stressed the Bank’s keenness to recognize and award the distinguished employees.
He stated that thanks to KFH human talents, who are main drivers of KFH’s excellence & leadership, the Bank shall continue to excel and accomplish its goals.
He went on to say that the success of the Bank, and any organization, depends on the loyalty and dedication of its employees to achieve the highest level of quality in serving internal and external customers. He reiterated the Bank’s commitment to support and encourage young talents, provide the essential tools for implementing innovative banking solutions, enhance the market share and maintain the leadership in a highly challenging and competitive environment.
He noted that the program is part of KFH’s vision of accomplishing the highest levels of innovation and excellence in customer service, leading the global development of Islamic financial services through distinctive products and services, adopting digitization in the banking products as well as taking advantage of the technological developments to meet the aspirations and expectations of customers.
It is worth noting that KFH launched (Qadha) in 2021 to be an umbrella for all KFH recognition programs. The objective of the program is to enhance the customer service according to the highest quality standards in achieving the best levels of customer satisfaction.
