In the belief that the employees are the most valuable asset and as part of its ongoing efforts to support and encourage them, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) celebrated its distinguished employees in (Gadha) program to recognize their contributions in developing the institution and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Gadha program covers all aspects and departments and is based on the latest relevant studies and the best global practices to reward employees for their distinctive efforts on monthly or quarterly basis. This program is part of an initiative launched in 2021 to enhance the customer service according to the highest quality standards in achieving the best levels of customer satisfaction.
The ceremony for Q1 of 2022 was held in Millennium Hotel in the presence of Group Acting CEO, Abdulwahab Essa Al-Rushood and many of KFH’s senior officials.
In his speech at the ceremony, Al-Rushood expressed his thanks and appreciation to the employees on their efforts and loyalty which are key reasons behind KFH success.
He added that the KFH operates in a competitive environment that requires maintaining the leadership, excellence, and ongoing progress to enhance service quality and uniquely provide innovative banking solutions and products which meet customer expectations and attract new customers.
He stressed that the Executive Management is sparing no effort in providing all resources required for employees to perform innovative initiatives and contribute to offering best banking solutions, while designing the best training programs for improving employees’ skills which would increase productivity and enhance service quality at KFH.
Al-Rushood noted that that KFH has all the resources that qualify it to be the world`s leading bank, indicating the bank is the first Islamic financial institution in Kuwait, and one of the largest Sharia`-compliant banks in the world, in addition to its geographical expansion, creditworthiness, profits, liquidity, outstanding business model, and its diversified products and services. He added that KFH earned several honors and awards from different international providers such as the “World`s Best Islamic Bank” Award by the prestigious magazine, Global Finance. All these awards give KFH employees pride to be part of a leading financial institution like KFH.
He said that the success of KFH, and of any institution, depends on the loyalty and dedication of employees to achieve the highest level of quality to serve internal and external customers. He reiterated the Bank’s commitment to support and encourage young talents that carry out tasks with passion, thus KFH launched (Gadha) to be an umbrella for all KFH employee recognition programs.
He explained that (Gadha) is part of KFH’s vision of accomplishing the highest levels of innovation and excellence in customer service, leading the global development of Islamic financial services through distinctive products and services, facilitating procedures applied in the industry and adopting digitization in the banking products as well as taking advantage of the technological developments to meet the aspirations and expectations of customers. In fact, KFH has made qualitative leaps in coping with the latest financial technology as well as depending on skillful and highly qualified staff to innovate and enhance market share and to maintain the lead in a competitive and challenging environment.
