As part of its keenness to facilitate banking experience through digital transformation, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched five new free services for credit and prepaid card customers through its ATMs. The new services meet the needs of cardholders through digital channels; KFH Online, KFH Go smart branches, and ATMs. KFH also provides customers with several services via “Allo Baitak” customer service.
KFH Manager ATM and KFHGO, Meshal Mandani said that the new services that are currently available through ATMs for KFH credit and pre-paid cardholders, include cash transfer to credit and pre-paid cards, account statement request, available account balance check and new card activation, in addition to resetting card PIN. The recently added services offer more comfort, speed and security. KFH services are available via ATMs that are located at KFH branches, or through KFH Go smart branches.
He added that KFH’s focus on digitalization and providing comprehensive technical services is moving forward through several aspects. These include linking of all systems and devices to provide inclusive and integrated services to cover all features of customer transactions and meet their needs in a fast, simple and secured manner through different locations round the clock. The services provide exclusive advantages for KFH customers and present a wide-ranging vision of the technological development and its effective role in the banking sector and customer satisfaction.
He pointed out that KFH provides a fully integrated package of digital banking services which have proved its excellence and distinction in the field, adding that KFH has recently launched, for the first time in Kuwait, an account opening service for non-customers through XTM interactive devices. KFH is also the first bank in Kuwait to issue card printing service through ATMs. In line with the latest updates in smart devices, KFH also provides smart digital payment methods via smart watches to perform all transactions through ATMs.
“We have added services such as online personal financing request, opening accounts for new customers using e-signature through Kuwait Mobile ID, local and external financial transfers, starting investment deposits, opening gold account, selling and buying gold, and requesting cheques book. KFH also offers instant printing of ATM card through a QR Code, cheques deposit, follow up finance transactions, payment of installments, view investment plans and view account and deposits balances.” said Mandani.
He went on to say that KFH offers its customers distinguished digital services such as direct transfers to KFH-Türkiye via RippleNet and digital means of payment via mobile phones and smart watches according to the highest standards of safety and security in cooperation with Samsung Pay, Fitbit and Garmin in addition to other e-services.
Additionally, XTM devices and KFH Go smart branches, which are located in different areas including Kuwait International Airport, allow customers to benefit from a diversified range of interactive banking services round the clock including: instant printing of cheques book and banking cards, receiving gold biscuit, opening account (Gold, saving, AlRabeh, Self-Service), selling and buying gold, cardless cash withdrawal through mobile using a QR Code, or using the civil ID, or mobile number, printing IBAN certificate, requesting commercial transactions (Murabaha), requesting credit and prepaid cards, updating information, activating banking cards, opening deposits and accounts, in addition to many other financing and banking services.
