Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Chairman, Hamad Abdulmohsen Al Marzouq stated that KFH is honored by the Cabinet’s decree to approve  KFH’s initiative for re-building the damaged sites of Al-Mubarakiya, extending his thanks to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf for supporting KFH’s initiative as part of its social responsibility and commitment towards Kuwait.

Al Marzouq stressed that KFH will spare no effort to the rehabilitation of Al-Mubarakiya market in a manner that will preserve its architectural history and cultural legacy, saying that the focus of the project will be on maintaining Kuwait’s standing and its rich heritage.

He pointed out the positive role of Dr. Rana Al-Fares, Kuwait Municipality, and the Ministerial Committee, supervising the country’s mega development projects, presided by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled in approving KFH’s initiative to restore the sites of Al-Mubarakiya that ravaged by a fire incident.
