KFH Organizes a Virtual Cycling Race
In collaboration with Suffix within "Better Health .. Better Life" program
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has organized a virtual cycling Race for the public as part of "Better Health ... Better Life" program that focuses on sports and youth activities and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
This initiative comes as the first of its kind within the Ramadan program “Increase Good Deeds in Ramadan 6”, which confirms KFH leadership in social responsibility, with excellence in social innovation through the introduction of digital technologies and virtual activities and competitions, that are gaining great importance at the community level in light of the increasing popularity of e-sports, as well as ensuring compliance with health requirements to keep everyone safe.
To register for KFH’s virtual cycling Race, it is required to register on the Suffix website and activate the application, then, participate in the challenge to travel 20 km within 5 days, starting on Tuesday 4 May.
300 participants will participate in the bank’s virtual Race challenge. The official results will be announced when the race ends, and the results are verified.
KFH program for the month of Ramadan includes various virtual sports activities, such as the "Walking Challenge" initiative launched by the bank in collaboration with V-thru application, which witnessed a large turnout from the public. The challenge allows obtaining one KD for every kilometer walking credit in the V-thru application that can be used in orders or can be donated.
KFH organizes side challenges by encouraging customers to activate their digital wallet on fitness watches. Upon completion of the daily challenge, activation is confirmed to receive an additional reward of KD 2 for each customer.
At the end of the month of Ramadan, KFH will crown the 10 highest-ranked contestants on the V-FIT Walking platform with prizes that are smart watches from Garmin, Fitbit and Samsung that provide the latest electronic payment methods with the highest advanced safety standards.
KFH sponsors football tournaments organized by the Li3ib application. KFH is also the strategic partner for the Penalties TV show, which is shown daily on KTV1, to encourage sports and to support youth activities and develop their talents.
KFH also renewed its strategic partnership with Flare Fitness Club within the framework of the calorie burning challenge, which offers prizes when burning calories, in addition to competitions and other virtual activities during the month of Ramadan.
KFH is keen to communicate with the public during the permitted walking hours during the partial curfew in several regions in Kuwait, and it offers various prizes to the participants.
