Under the theme of “A bright future starts with KFH”, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is participating in the virtual career fair organized by the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST).
The 22nd career fair will be held virtually for two days from June 22nd – 23rd through KHIBRA platform.
Group Chief Human Resources Officer at KFH, Zeyad Abdullah Al Omar said that KFH participation comes in line with its efforts in acquiring and qualifying the national talents. It also confirms its keenness to always be present in GUST career fairs, and refelcts its commitment to providing students with career opportunities.
Al Omar added in a press release that during the virtual career fair, a specialized KFH HR team will conduct virtual job interviews and answer job seekers’ queries while educating them on the opportunities available at KFH and the private sector.
He pointed out that KFH has achieved great ratios in nationalization, indicating the bank is keen on maintaining high levels of benefits to its employees and new recruits. The bank encourages its staff to be certified and highly qualified by providing them with all training programs they need to enable them to enjoy productive and satisfying careers. KFH continues its efforts to be a leader in the field of talent development, particularly national labor by attracting, training, and qualifying young graduates.
It is worth noting that KFH has taken part in two virtual career fairs organized by the American University of Middle East (AUM) and the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) and recruited a number of national talents to join KFH family.
KFH has strong partnership with GUST in different fields that encompass sponsoring the Islamic financing club activities, cooperation and coordination concerning workshops, seminars, conferences, lectures and training courses, in addition to career fairs and scholarships programs among others.
