Kuwait Finance House "KFH" offers 9 self-banking stations "KFH Go" spanning different governorates in Kuwait. This comes as part of its efforts to meet the growing needs of customers according to the latest modern technologies and the highest quality standards, which confirms the bank's leadership position in digital transformation.
The Branches are: Avenues, Ishbiliyah coop, Jabriya coop, Al-Mangaf coop, Shuwaikh KFH Auto Showroom, Sabah Al-Ahmad, Al-Salam coop, Abu Fatirah coop, and Dahiya Abdullah Al-Salem.
KFH GO Services
KFHGo offers customers round the clock services covering over 80% of the services and transactions provided by traditional branches, outside the official working hours of the branches.
KFHGo is unstaffed and contains XTMs offering the capability of communicating directly with the telephone service personnel in audio and video calls via XTM machines. Customers can access several services, including cash withdrawals without a card through the mobile phone using the "QR code", IDs or phone number.
The smart branch conducts "Murabaha" financing transactions, requesting credit cards and prepaid cards, updating data and phone numbers, activating bank cards, opening deposits and accounts and a host of banking and financing services, therefore not having to visit the branch or deal directly with the staff. This means streamlined manner of accessing services quickly, safely and accurately.
Under the slogan “New Generation of Easy Banking Services” customers who wish to buy gold bullions (10 grams) can visit the nearest KFH Go branch and use the self-service option by inserting their card and choosing the buying Gold Bullion option, or by calling “Allo Baitak” to purchase and receive the gold bullion immediately.
For printing cheques immediately, a customer can visit the nearest KFH Go smart branch and make a video call with a KFH employee to conduct this process. With the aim of completing the conditions for printing cheques and receiving the cheque book (10 papers) immediately.
