KFH Receives Customers in all Branches and Showrooms
AlSubaiei: Enhancing customer banking experience within highest quality standards
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that it will receive customers in all branches and showrooms of the bank. This comes as part of its efforts to provide the best banking services to customers and to continue strengthening the network of service delivery channels.
These efforts aim to meet the aspirations and requirements of customers and enhance their banking experience within the highest quality standards, with utmost adherence to health precautions.
Deputy General Manager Sales and Distribution at KFH, Khaled AlSubaiei said that the bank now receives customers from Sunday to Thursday, as follows:
- Banking branches: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Retail branches in malls:
The morning shift is 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, the evening shift is 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
- Al Bahar Center and The Avenues mall: Morning shift 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, the evening shift 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
Commercial Showrooms and Financing centers:
Morning shift 8:00 am - 12:30 pm, Evening shift 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Shuwaikh Showroom "KFH Auto" receives customers on Saturdays in the following times:
Morning shift 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, Evening shift 4:30 - 8:00 pm.
Airport Branch
AlSubaiei explained that the airport branch receives customers 24/7 and provides all the usual banking services.
He pointed out that the airport branch comes within a network of service delivery channels that include banking branches and car showrooms, as well as alternative channels and digital banking services, and smart branches KFH GO, which are spread in different governorates in Kuwait. These self-banking stations added a distinct value to the experience of customers who are looking for easy and fast banking services according to the latest technologies.
Book appointments online via Skiplino
AlSubaiei pointed out that KFH customers benefit from the Skiplino service by booking appointments in the branches electronically via smartphones through the KFH website and through the KFHonline application. Thus, obtaining banking services according to the appropriate time for them, noting that the appointment reservation process must be on the same day the customer desires to visit the branch.
The service also allows customers to view the least crowded branches, as Skiplino is a waiting management system that allows KFH to deal with customer waiting in an intelligent and fast manner, while monitoring the waiting data.
