Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced the approval of the digital Civil ID through “Kuwait Mobile ID" application as an official proof for customer identification. The app is a phone-based Civil ID for identity verification.

This comes in compliance with the decision of the Cabinet of Kuwait regarding the approval of the digital civil ID to define the identity of people and complete transactions. It also comes within the Bank’s distinguished efforts in digital transformation.

KFH exerts extra efforts to enhance its leadership in the digital transformation of the banking industry, by adopting and keeping abreast of the latest financial technology services and digital applications, in addition to the application of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology in operational processes, within high professional and international standards to give customers a unique banking experience.

The "Kuwait Mobile ID" application, which is available on the mobile, is one of the most important government applications that witnesses many users who want to obtain a digital Civil ID. KFH receives customers to complete their banking transactions through using their digital ID, to ensure the ease of procedures.
