Kuwait Finance House (KFH) provides the service of Cardless cash withdrawal without the need for an ATM card, and without touching the keyboard (buttons), via mobile using the QR code.

The Cardless cash withdrawal process via QR code, requires the customer to log onto his/her KFHOnline account through mobile, and choose the Cardless withdrawal service from the list. Then, selecting the withdrawal via QR code. After that, the customer enters the amount of withdrawal required and heads to the nearest KFH ATM device.  Then he/she scans QR code that appears on the screen using his mobile camera. Thus, the customer receives the amount required to withdraw directly from the device, noting that the customer can withdraw from 10 to 500KD per day in this way.

The Cardless cash withdrawal list also includes the possibility of withdrawal using a Civil ID or a mobile phone number.
