For the eighth straight year, Kuwait finance House (KFH) has participated in the Dasman Diabetes Institute's celebration of World Diabetes Day through an open awareness day. This annual sponsorship and participation aims to recognize the importance of diabetes awareness, supporting activities of DDI and the strategic partnership between the two sides. It is also part of KFH’s social responsibility, which focuses greatly on health and medical services and serves the society.

Amidst wide participation of officials, members of the diplomatic corps, doctors, specialists and public audience, KFH’s booth attracted many visitors.

As KFH Takaful, one of KFH Group subsidiaries, participated in the celebration day, KFH distributed some food products free of charge to the audience in collaboration with “PICK”.

The celebration was generally an open day with many recreational and educational activities including: medical examinations, medical and nutritional consultations, health and awareness presentations for children and recreational and entertaining activities for families.

Visitors were able to check their health conditions through various comprehensive medical analyses, as well as receiving medical guidance and advice on nutrition.

Moreover, Visitors were introduced to research projects implemented by Dasman Diabetes Institute, in addition to the latest studies made on diabetes prevention methods for a better health and better life.
