Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has offered its customers the opportunity to transfer Egyptian pounds to Egypt on what was previously limited on USD.

The initiative of KFH of adding new currency that deals with and makes transfers to (Egyptian Pound), is part of its keenness to strengthen its banking services to all segments of customers, especially the Egyptian community, which is regarded as the largest Arab community in Kuwait.

KFH customers are now able to make transfers to Egypt in pounds directly from their bank accounts to the beneficiary accounts of any bank throughout the day, with more speed and less cost using online banking services through KFHonline, smartphones or banking branches.

General Manager Treasury Kuwait at KFH, Ahmad Eissa Al-Sumait, said that KFH has increased the number of available currencies to the countries of the world, reaching 28 foreign currencies. “This comes in line with the Bank's strategy to improve customer while expanding the transfer network of KFH to become more adaptable and meet the increasingly changing requirements and needs of customers”, he added.

Al-Sumait continued in a press release, that KFH continues its role in optimizing the Bank's liquidity, pricing foreign currencies and deposits, and setting prices of buying and selling various currencies daily. This is to enhance the ability to provide competitive prices and high-quality services to customers.
