KFH Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training
Al-Nahidh: Students and Educational Process Support is a Precondition to Achieve General Development
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training as part of its efforts to alleviate students’ educational, social and cultural levels and enhance bilateral well established relations between the two parties.
The memorandum was signed by KFH GCEO Mr. Mazen Saad Al-Nahedh and the Authority General Manager Dr. Ali Al-Mudhaf in presence of the Group Chief Retail & Private Banking Mr. Waleed Khaled Mandani and Mr. Iyad Al-Qertas from GCEO office in addition to other several officials from both sides.
Al-Nahedh emphasized that KFH plays a significant role in supporting students and the educational process as part of its strategy to achieve general development and focus on enhancing and developing youth skills and capabilities as they are considered corner stone in the development and progress process for the country in the future.
He added that KFH support aims to enhance the skills of Kuwaiti students and graduates as per the highest global standards and create unique banking cadets with distinguished expertise in various sectors, considering that KFH is a highly reputable leading financial institutions worldwide. KFH is the “Harvard” of Islamic banks in the world where highly reputable persons have graduated and achieved major success on various aspects.
Al-Nahedh indicated that KFH is one of the leading and pioneering organizations to support youth and the educational process. It has organized and sponsored several events related to youth activities, scientific inventions, graduation projects, skills and all types of talents. This category includes students, fresh graduates, creative and talented students. These activities have incarnated KFH belief in its social role.
The agreement includes several articles that achieve the common goals of both parties, namely the activities organized by the authority in regard to related issues e.g. initiative to support minor projects, provide cooperation and coordination in the field of supporting students’ activities and participate in job exhibitions and graduation ceremonies as a strategic partner.
The agreement included also KFH participation in supporting student affairs and participation in training and educational campaigns and other forms of support.
