KFH Holds Training Program for 25 New Recruits
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) inaugurated a training program for 25 new recruits in order to raise their bar, enrich their banking knowledge and put them on track to be well equipped and prepared to assume the responsibility of optimally serving customers.
Deputy General Manager Sales and Distribution at KFH, Khaled Alsubaiei said that the training program was designed to prepare the employees to get fully functional in banking transactions and financial services at KFH branches to better serve clients and cater for their aspirations.
He added that such training programs contribute in encountering any obstacles and challenges that face employees at work, yet raise their service level to the highest international standards of service quality.
Moreover, Alsubaiei urged trainees for putting forth extra efforts, while striving towards pursuing leadership positions.
Meanwhile, Amani AlMerri, an official at the National Labor Force Development Department at Manpower and Government Restructuring Program - MGRP praised KFH in recognition of its efforts in training the national labor through comprehensive training plans, hailing its commitment towards qualifying and honing the skills of its human resources.
She expressed, on the sidelines of inaugurating the training program, her pride of Kuwaitis working at the private sector, affirming MGRP’s support for the Kuwaiti nationals in collaboration and coordination with KFH and the private sector in general.
It is worth noting that the 5-week program includes training courses and workshops on banking products, such as; banking cards, bank accounts, deposits, letters of guarantee, and KFH eservices. In addition, the program tackles subjects on sharia basics, counterfeiting and fraud, IT systems, etc.
