Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the Ministry of Information’s celebrations represented by hoisting the Kuwaiti flag in Al Qurain House as part of the country’s national celebrations. The event was held in the presence of Minister of Information and State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.

KFH’s participation comes as part of its keenness to take part in the national occasions that represent a source of pride for Kuwait and its people.

KFH Public Relations team continued its efforts to ensure best media coverage of the event due to its importance in immortalizing the memory of Kuwaiti martyrs who fell in Al-Qurain House when defending their country, in a story of heroism and bravery.

Al-Qurain Martyrs museum was established in 1991 to honor 19 Kuwaiti youth who took shelter in the house of Al-Qurain while fighting back Iraqi forces occupying Kuwait at the time. The battle broke out in 1991 led to the death of 12 Kuwaiti youth who gave their souls to defend their homeland and nation.
