The Minister of State for Housing and Development Affairs Moudy Al-Homoud applauded Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and its pioneer role in Islamic finance field in Kuwait and overseas, in addition to the successes that it achieved on various levels, which proves the ability of the Kuwaiti employee to excel. This led to KFH’s prestigious status among regional and global markets.
Moreover, Al-Homoud noted while visiting KFH’s booth at the Economy Makers and Job Opportunities Fair, orchestrated by Administrative College Sciences in Kuwait University, that KFH is eager to hire young skillful Kuwaitis, which makes all Kuwaitis proud, especially since Islamic financial services are booming. She recommended sending such skillful employees overseas to Malaysia, Bahrain and Turkey, to assist in the expansion strategy.
Meanwhile, the Assistant General Manager for Support Services Sector at KFH Abdul Aziz Al-Jaber stated that KFH’s training strategy has developed its tools during the past period, in light of the new concepts that KFH has adopted recently and the development that occurred in the Islamic financial industry in the region and the world. He added that KFH is keen on developing the abilities of its employees, in order to offer better innovative services for KFH’s clients. He went on to mention that KFH holds a high status according to global standards, which places KFH among the best banks in the world, especially after training Kuwaiti youths by enrolling them in studies that offer them specialized degrees in their field of work. It is worth noting that 80% of the branch managers possess specialized degrees with the assistance of several specialized authorities, such as the Arab Academy for Banking Sciences, which is accredited from the States, in addition to other courses that KFH employees have taken first places.
Furthermore, Al-Jaber announced that the training courses allows the employees to possess the necessary skills that they need in their field of work, in order to provide the clients with the best service possible, and to place KFH among the best banks in the world. He added that strengthening the abilities of the Kuwaiti employees has a top priority, which makes KFH enroll the new graduates in a 3 month training program to familiarize them with all the operations that KFH is involved in. this will be an important added value to the private sector, where the new graduates can unleash their true capabilities.
