Emergency Cash Service Terms and Conditions
1- The service is available for Kuwaiti customers only.
2- The service is provided through KFH Online for customers who have full access privilege on KFH Online.
3- To request the service, salary transfer is required to KFH account in Kuwaiti Dinars.
4- 3 Salaries must be credited to the account for the 3 months prior to the day of applying for the service.
5- The customer has the right to request the service a maximum of two times within 12 months following the date of submitting the request for the first time.
6- The customer is not entitled to request the service if he has a Charge Card (Direct Debit category)

7- The customer has the right to request a specific amount as shown in the below table:
8- Upon request using the service by the customer, the customer authorizes KFH to deduct the full amount due from the salary account of the next month following the day of applying for the service.
9- The service will not be available to the customer temporarily if the repayment is delayed for one month, and the customer will not be entitled to use the service again until paying the due amount in full.
10- If the payment is delayed is delayed for 2 consecutive months or more, the service will not be available to the customer for a full year.
11- The customer has the right to early settle the amount due from him, provided that the amount is paid in full and not part of the amount due.
12- The service is not available to KFH customers who are in late debt and delinquent in paying installments related to their KFH products.
13- The customer agrees to accept the provisions of Law No. 20 of 2014 concerning electronic transactions and its implementing regulations in a matter not contrary to the provisions of Sharia.
14- KFH shall have the right at any time and without any prior notice or objection to effect set-off between all the accounts of the account holder to settle the debts owed to KFH, and the customer agrees to consider all accounts opened in his/her name at KFH and its branches (including deposits) as an integral part and shall be deemed securing fulfillment of all the customers obligations towards KFH. The natural individual customers will be notified of the set-off procedure later.
