Forssah … a continuous success story

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched the Forssah program in 2009, as an initiative for training top graduates in Business Administration and Information Technology from local and international universities.

The program is regarded as a pathway that offers exceptional Kuwaiti individuals the opportunity to pursue a career rich in knowledge, growth, and the acquisition of skills that align with the contemporary global shifts and trends within the banking industry.

What is Forssah?

Our mission is to attract high-achieving scholars and offer them a valuable training and development opportunity for a career enriched with the essential expertise and skills required in the work field.

Kuwaiti Graduates with a GPA of 3.0 and higher and in the above- mentioned majors will have the opportunity to apply for the training program. Based on a set of criteria, trainees with outstanding performance will be nominated and interviewed by the KFH Human Resources department. They will also be tested on their English language proficiency and technical skills. Lastly, trainees will have their second interview with the concerned department to finalize the employment report.

What does Forssah contain?

The two-year program comprises a rigorous six-month training course, diverse educational techniques, and delegation trips to KFH subsidiaries.

The diverse program consists of lectures, workshops, and projects. High performing trainees will be nominated to become part of KFH family by the concerned department based on their work during the program to become part of the KFH family.

The program has garnered significant recognition both in Kuwait and internationally, being widely regarded as an exceptional opportunity for participants to acquire valuable knowledge and experience within one of the world's foremost Islamic financial institutions. It is worth noting that KFH holds the distinction of being the largest bank in Kuwait and the second largest Islamic bank globally.

KFH won the highest training and employment award for national labor from the Civil Service Commission and the Public Authority of Manpower. Also, it received the Gold Medal in 2023 by Brandon Hall Group for the most innovative talent management program, in addition to other awards that affirm KFH’s leadership locally and globally.
